BAE Systems
Every two years, the BAE Systems stand at the Farnborough International Airshow draws tens of thousands of visitors and aircraft enthusiasts. Many are often surprised to learn BAE Systems has a heritage dating back to the beginning of flight.
To celebrate their rich history of innovation in aviation, Ogilvy created a limited run of posters that highlight 100 noteworthy aircraft from the last century with silhouettes drawn in exact detail. At a glance, it shows a clear progression beginning with the Wright Flyer in 1903 and ending with the modern day BAE Systems Taranis.
Over 50 of the silhouettes are BAE heritage aircraft, representing their enormous contribution and leadership in aviation over the past 100 years.
